What Inspires Me: Rust & old signs. I love the natural dilapidation of things. Whether they are surfaces or objects. Things that have an aged look. Dirty things like antique labels, Really aged wood. Music - all kinds. I am working on a slight taste for country. It is much harder than I thought. Other artists - Sabrina Ward Harrison, Rik Catlow, Anja Kroenke, Tim Marrs, Ashley Wood. Locals- Travis Pack, Ryan Lincicome, Cedric Smith, Julie West, Lance McBride, Demetrious Noble. Poets and poetry (Saul Williams, Sabrina Ward Harrison). Tons of books and mags. My friends (I hang out with some of the smartest & coolest & most brilliant people).

Interests: Movies, collecting & listening 2 music. Books (Angels, Aliens, Theology, Conspiracy theories!) and Writing. Learning to enjoy the small things about life- like walking in the sand barefoot. Riding my bike around the city. Daily getaways listening to my iPod ( I tend to really visit new places when I do this).

Hobbies: Painting, writing poetry (A lot of my paintings come from sentiments or even statements I have written in my poetry). Building furniture. Some fashion designing. Watching movies. Talking-listening.

What I do all day:
I am a Graphic Designer full time. Hence my love for type and Vintage Design and Advertising. I work for BrightHouse in Atlanta then come home to paint at night. (Everyone has asking how do I find time? Well I am not telling.)
